Discuss an asset or a co-development
We develop differentiated GPCR assets in-house and in partnerships. The candidate's mechanism of action comes with quantitative evidence for efficacy and tolerability, generated years before a trial would reveal it. Tell us which program or therapeutic area interests you and we will come back within a few working days.

Co-develop a program with us.
A partner funds the program and we design the small molecules together, from target signaling profile to clinical candidate. Terms follow an upfront, milestone, tiered-royalty and buyout structure. We originate drug candidates and partner them; InterAx does not sell platform access or discovery services.
The mechanism is the risk, and we take it out early.
A drug's mechanism of action is chosen in early discovery, and that choice sets its efficacy, tolerability and value. Yet the industry tests the mechanism only years later, in late-stage trials, and late failures on efficacy or tolerability have cost it billions. We derive the target signaling profile early enough to guide the chemistry, so a partner takes on a candidate whose mechanism has already been quantified.
The chemistry can be copied. The profile cannot be derived.
A patent discloses the molecule, a broad mode of action and conventional activity metrics. The kinetic data, the mechanistic model and the target signaling profile stay with InterAx. A fast follower can copy the chemistry; it cannot derive which signaling profile to optimize for, and that gives a partnered asset lead time.
Alveus Therapeutics
Alveus Therapeutics, founded by former Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly executives, entered a collaboration and licensing agreement with InterAx on a drug candidate in June 2025.
Research collaborations since 2018.
Since 2018 we have run research collaborations with pharma and biotech companies across several GPCR targets, including Boehringer Ingelheim, Lundbeck, Inversago (acquired by Novo Nordisk) and Nxera (former Sosei Heptares).
